One Minute Release

Finding Release

Take One Minute to Release, Align, and Receive

Life Moves fast...

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to carry thoughts and emotions that no longer serve you. Without realizing it, you may hold on to past experiences, fears, and doubts that create unnecessary weight in your mind and Heart. But here’s the good news—taking just one minute to Release, Align, and Receive can shift your entire energy. This simple practice helps you let go of what’s holding you back, brings your Self into balance, and opens your Heart to the good that life has to offer.

Release: Letting Go with Gratitude

Letting Go

Releasing isn’t about forcefully pushing things away; it’s about allowing them to leave with grace and gratitude. Your thoughts and feelings—even the challenging ones—have played a role in shaping who you are. They may have protected you, guided you, or taught you valuable lessons. Taking a moment to acknowledge their purpose allows you to release them with kindness rather than resistance.

Picture your Self holding an old, heavy book filled with past worries and doubts. Instead of tossing it away, take a deep breath and thank it for its lessons. Then, gently allow it to slip from your grasp, creating space for something better. When you Release with gratitude, you free your mind and Heart, making room for new possibilities and fresh perspectives.

Align: Connecting Heart, Mind, and
True Self

Align with your heart

Once you’ve let go, it’s time to Align. Alignment means bringing your thoughts, emotions, and actions into harmony with your true Self. It’s about finding that sweet spot where your mind quiets, your Heart opens, and you feel centered and balanced.

Take a moment to breathe slowly, focusing on your Heart area. As you inhale, imagine drawing your thoughts inward, bringing them into alignment with your truest desires and intentions. The more you practice, the easier it becomes to recognize when you’re out of alignment and gently guide your Self back. Alignment creates a sense of inner peace that allows you to move through life with greater confidence and clarity.

Receive: Embracing Life’s Gifts Without Resistance

Recieve with open arms

Receiving can often be the hardest part. We sometimes build walls around our hearts, questioning whether we are “worthy” of life’s generosity. But here’s the truth—life doesn’t measure worthiness. It simply offers. Your role is to Receive without judgment, fear, or doubt.

Allow your Self to welcome the good things in life with open arms. Whether it’s a compliment, an opportunity, or a moment of joy, practice saying “yes” to the gifts that come your way. Receiving is an act of trust—trusting that you are enough, just as you are, and that life has more to offer than you might realize.

Putting It All Together

Preparing to Release, Align, and Receive

Taking just one minute to Release, Align, and Receive can become a powerful daily practice. Find a quiet moment, close your eyes, and follow this simple flow:

Release – Picture your Self breathing in and out through your heart area, just a little slower and deeper than usual. Imagine that what you’re releasing is written on a balloon. Acknowledge what you’re ready to let go of, thank it, and then release it. Watch it rise until it fades from sight, leaving space for something new.

Align – Bring your focus to your Heart as you continue to breathe a little slower and deeper. Imagine within your Heart is a bundle of nerves, a communication center that signals your brain to relax and connect with your True Self. Feel the energy gently flow from your Heart to your mind, creating a sense of calm and clarity.

Receive – Continue breathing from your Heart as you allow your Self to embrace what life is offering without fear or doubt. Feel gratitude flowing from your calmed mind to your Heart, washing over your entire body. Hold that feeling for just one minute as you breathe with intention.
